How can I buy an original piece of artwork?
Since all of our notecards are reproductions of original artwork, many of these pieces are for sale. Contact us by e-mail to discuss whether a particular piece is available for purchase. If not, we can always provide you with a full size giclée of the image.
Can I buy packages with multiple images?
Currently, we only package our images in 4 packs and 6 packs of the same image. To package notecards in a mixed image pack would require special handling and the pricing would be equivalent to purchasing each card individually.
Will you have special notecards for the holidays?
Currently we have several holiday notecards and we keep them in the catalog year round. Typically, our artists produce more holiday related artwork closer to that time of year and we will likely have these images available in our catalog.
Can you make a special notecard for me from one of my photographs?
Yes! All you have to do is send us a digital image and we will print notecards especially for you. The pricing for these notecards can be found in our Fee Schedule under printing costs for notecards not for resale. More information on this can be found in “Other Services”.

Do you ship out of the country?
Yes. Our shipping and handling charges would change according to the cost of postage for shipping out of the country.
Indigo prints of any image are available in two sizes: 8X11 and 11X14. Giclée prints are available in just about any size based on the scale of the original.
Are there greetings inside of your cards?
Nope! We leave that up to you. Our notecards are left blank intentionally so you can personalize them to your particular needs.
If I love the style of a particular artist, can I have him/her paint a special painting just for me?
We’d be happy to discuss every possibility with any one of our artists. Contact us by phone or e-mail and we will see what we can do. You would need to provide a photograph of your subject. Pricing would be up to the artist.
I would like to use your notecards for my business. Can I have them personalized?
Yes. Even though we don’t print messages in the notecards we sell, you can special order notecards with a message inside. There will be an increase in price to cover the cost of set up and printing on the inside of the card. Contact us and we can discuss pricing.
I am a member of a dog club and have a great photo of my dog. Can you make cards for me with his picture on it?
Yes! In fact, we can also make mouse pads, note pads, and journals. See “Other Services” for details.
How long does it take to get an order of cards?
Small orders (50 cards or less) should be shipped within a few days of your order. Larger orders (over 50) may take longer but no longer than 2 weeks.
I am an artist. Can Carousel Palette Cards take one of my images and make notecards from it?
Yes we can! See “Sell Your Work” to learn more. Not only can we make notecards from your image, we can add your work to our online catalog and offer it for sale around the world.
What if I just want the notecards printed but I don’t want to sell them?
We offer "printing costs for notecards not for resale” which are notecards without our logo information on the back. See our “Fee Schedule” for more details.
Giclées, pronounced “zhee-CLAY”, is a French term that means “spray of ink”. Giclée are printed by a high resolution inkjet type printer that sprays specialty inks at millions of drops per second onto a substrate creating a continuous tone art print. They can be printed on paper or canvas.
