Carousel Palette Cards will be happy to fill large orders for resale. Singles, 4 packs and 6 packs are pre-packaged in cellophane sleeves. Our 8 pack boxes are in a white box with a plastic top and decorative elastic band. Every item is already marked with a UPC code. Our cards are of the highest quality, printed on superior paper, using a digital process. All of our images are from original artwork with a variety of subjects.

Wholesale Policies

Internet Wholesale Pricing:

* 50% discount on purchases of 50 or more cards
* 40% discount on purchases of 25 to 49 cards
* 20% discount on purchases of less than 25 cards.

Shipping:

For orders over $250.00, shipping will be free of charge. For orders less than $250.00 the shipping charges are broken down as follows:

$5.00 on orders to $50.00
$7.00 on orders to $150.00
$9.00 on orders to $250.00

These prices are for standard shipping. Please call us at 303-797-3073 for pricing on any other type of shipping.

Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. We also accept checks and money orders. Sorry no CODs. Net 30 applications are available upon request, but will be considered only after your first prepaid order has been fulfilled.

Returns: All items returned in saleable condition will be refunded in full for up to 15 days after deliver. Partially used or damaged items will not be credited unless reported defective upon arrival. All costs associated with the return of the items are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please call 303-797-3073 to inform us of the reason of your requested refund. All sales will be considered final after the 15 day grace period.

Shipping errors or damage: Please check your order as soon as possible for problems. Contact us immediately for replacement of any missing or damaged items at no charge to you.

Account Approval: Send us a copy of your sales tax license, your resale certificate or applicable document for your state/country. A Federal form such as an EIN Assignment Notice is also sufficient. This has to be done before you place an order with Carousel Palette Cards. We MUST have copies of the documents. Sending just the numbers off the documents will not be enough. Use one of the following Options to send documentation:

We will send a confirmation e-mail to you upon receipt of the documentation.

Companies located in Colorado must supply Sales Tax License. Sales tax will not be charged if we have this document on file.
